Perineoplasty method with the help of anal sphincteroplasty and local rotation flap in acquired cloaca
Abstract :
The involuntary oozing of anal contents at any time is called fecal incontinence. This is a serious medical problem with both social and psychological components. In this case, anal sphincteroplasty and perineoplasty operation with a local rotation flap was performed. A skilled accomplishment of preoperative evaluation and diagnostic tests by the surgeons, who will perform and plan the incontinence treatment, improving oneself in diverse surgical procedures and performing prospective studies including long-term follow-ups will clear this issue. In this case report, we present a local flap application and sphincteroplasty together with a perineoplasty procedure in anal incontinence surgery and reviewed the relevant literature.
