Abstract
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a complex and relatively common genetic cardiac disorder with heterogeneous clinical course and expression. We reported a case with implantable cardioverter defibrillator implantation in a patient with nonobstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy associated A-V complete block presenting with syncope after football hit to the chest.
