Title Of Article :
Aging and oxidative stress
Abstract :
Aging includes, mixed process that includes such as genetics, life style, variables chronic disease. Free radicals are highly reactive chemicals which contain an electron that isn t matched in an atom or molecule orbital. The most fundemental free radicals in biological systems are the ones that consist of oxygen and they are called reactive oxygen species and they cause oxidative stres formation. Oxidative stres is the corruption case of the balance between oxygen formation and antioxidant defense in the direction of the oxidants. It is in a close relationship with such pathogenesis of many pathological tables and aging mainly as cancer, heart diseases, diabetes and diabetes complications. Apoptosis that occurs in the existence of severe and persistent oxidative stress increases in such diseases as Alzeimer and Parkinson whose incidence increases by aging.
