Title Of Article :
Role of oxidative stress sensitive TRP channels in pathogenesis of migraine
Abstract :
Migraine a disease, which effects about 17 per cent our country population and spread increasingly among public, characterized with hemicranial head pain. Oxidative stress status, between antioxidant molecules and oxidant agents balance shift to oxidant agents which both produced physiological conditions in our body. Recent years, rapidly growing ambitious studies have been reported that oxidative stress play a basic role also pathophysiology of migraine. Ion channels, built by proteins are embedded in cell membrane and responsible for exchange essential molecules that require for cell viability. Oxidative agents can stimulate TRP ion channels and migraine attacks can occur by releasing migraine trigger neuropeptides result of channel activation. So in this review emphasized that effectiveness of oxidative stress sensitive TRP channels on pathogenesis of migraine.
