Title Of Article :
Cellular and molecular mechanism of wound healing
Abstract :
45 years is a great suffering for every 100 people that are difficult to heal one wound. A wound is a disruption of normal anatomic structure and function and healing involves the effect of mediators such as the extracellular matrix, soluble growth factors and cytokines. The healing process is continuous and can be handled in four phases; Hemostasis and coagulation, inflammation, cell proliferation and remodeling. Cellular and molecular events that occur during these stages will provide clinically effective approach for normal or chronic wound healing.
