Each project implies an investment for organizations. Investments which are approached by the Project methodology are examined under the title of investment projects and for evaluating them, some analysis methods are used. Opportunity cost, rate of return, payback period, net present value, internal rate of return, and benefit cost ratio are involved in profitability analysis. According to the values resulting from these analyses, and when a set of alternative projects are arranged in order, investment projects can get a different score for each analysis. These different scores which form the problem of the study can be a complex structure. This study aims to propose a Decision Support System as an interface with input data that are results of opportunity cost, rate of return, payback period, net present value, internal rate of return, and benefit cost ratio, is based on AHP-VIKOR integration by using PyQt4 user graphical interface library and Python programming.
