Abstract :
Criterias dependence values with each other is an important issue for decision making processes in personel selection. In this study, an integrated algorithm is developed for selection with DEMATEL and ANP as a personel selection process. Proposed algorithm criterias dependence values with each other has been done by using DEMATEL method and the solution of the developed integrated approach for personnel selection problem has been made by using ANP method.
