Abstract :
The aim of study is to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and organi-zational citizenship and to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational citi-zenship behaviour for hotel employees. In this context, data set is used that collected from hotel employees which working in 4 and 5 star hotels in Balıkesir.The findings of the study revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational citizenship behaviour and emotinal intelligence of hotel employees and hotel employees emotional intelligence has an posi-tive effect on their organizational citizenship behaviour
