Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the level of primary school administrators ethicalleadership behaviors according to different variables. A total of 188 primary school teachersin Karabük participated in the study. “Ethical Leadership Scale” was used to gather data inthe study. Results indicated that perceptions of teachers about the ethical leadershipbehaviors of school administrators are generally positive. There are significant differences inthe perceptions of teachers according to their seniority, branch, and the institution that theygraduate. In addition, school administrators were found to be less successful incommunications ethics, but more successful in behavioral ethics and ethics in decisionmaking.
