    Effects of Feedback Strategies and Attitude towards Internet on Learning in Web Mediated Problem Based Learning

  • Abstract
    In this research, the effects of different types of feedback strategies and attitudes of students towards internet on learning in web mediated problem based learning were investigated. Totally 40 students were selected for the research. The students were randomly divided into two groups. The first group was given online confirmative feedback and the second was given online constructive feedback during the training period. According to the results, the achievement of the group which was given online constructive feedback was found higher than the achievement of the group which was given confirmative feedback. In addition, positive or negative attitudes of students towards internet did not cause significant differences between students’ achievement scores in general. In the group of students who were given online confirmative feedback, the achievement of students with positive attitude towards internet was higher than the others’. On the contrary, positive or negative attitudes of students towards internet did not make a significant difference between students’ achievement scores in the group of students which was given online constructive feedback.
