Abstract
In this study the situations and problems of Turkish migrant children in German and The Netherlands education systems and what the educational policies of these countries towards Turkish and other migrant children are have been examined. Literature review has been conducted in this descriptive study. The findings are as follows: although with some improvements compared to older generations, Turkish children are still behind in the education systems of Germany and the Netherlands. It could be stated that Turkish children as less included in the policies that are applied for the improvement of the migrant students. In the Netherlands although intercultural approach is embraced in the laws related with migrant children, it is thought not to be practiced fully.
