Reasons for academic faculties who are not prefer using simulations in their classes are the lack of technological infrastructure, the cost of the necessary software, lack of innovative mindset, lack of well-trained staff, lack of Turkish software, lack of time, lack of accessible medical simulations, lack of transferring skills into a reality and distracting feature of simulations.
