Notalgia Paresthetica: A Case Report
Abstract :
Notalgia paresthetica is a unilateral sensorial neuropathy which is characterized by burning pain, paresthesia, hyperestesia and sensitivity with hyperpigmented pruritic skin lesion in the scapular region. A 50-year-old women presented to the dermatology clinic with a pruritic hyperpigmented skin lesion in the scapular region and because of her back pain and burning pain in her skin she was consultated to physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic. We aimed to present and discuss this case with a short review of the literature.
