Abstract :
Leukocytoclastic vasculitides can be detected before the diagnosis or simultaneously with underlying malignant disease. In this case, we reported a case of a 73-year-old man with non-small cell lung carcinoma diagnosed 1 year ago, developing leukocytoclastic vasculitis in both lateral side of the ankle and tibial region and right scrotal swelling. Vasculitides can be presented as paraneoplatic syndromes in cases of malignancies so we aimed to alert the physicians about this issue with this case.
