Abstract :
Further laboratory investigations are not done in outpatient surgery like chest x-ray. Morgagni hernia is generally defined by chance at later ages. One-year-old boy who suffer from respiratory tract infection was diagnosed Morgagni hernia had been operated right inguinal hernia repair at four months age in our clinic. Diaphragmatic hernia repair was done and he discharged without complication. We thought that Morgagni hernia was not identified during first operation because not detailed laboratory investigations. Although such unidentified case, there should be no need for detailed laboratuary investigations for outpatient surgery.
