Abstract :
Kaposi Sarcoma is rare tumor originated from blood vessels characterized with blue-red skin nodules especially on lower extremities, heels and foots. Our case was 79 years old man. Lesions were on his toes, heels and fingers. Routine laboratory investigations were normal. Diagnosis was Kaposi sarcoma with histopathological findings in biopsy specimen. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are required in treatment of patient who has multifocal involvement of Kaposi sarcoma. We decided to report this case because involvement of Kaposi sarcoma on both upper and lower extremities togetherness is rare in the literature.
