Renal Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumor: A Rare Case
Abstract :
Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors are rare benign lesions that’s etiology is not clear. This lesions may develop at several anatomical sites, e.g, lung, liver, the orbit, spleen, lymph node and bladder. Renal site is a rare localization and presents a differantial diagnosis problem with malignant renal tumors. Herein we presented a case of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour originated from the kidney of a 46 years old woman.
