Abstract :
Forgotten ureteral double J stents due to lack in informing the patient about the necessity of the removal of the stent by completing the therapeutic period or patient‟s choice not to apply are not rare and may cause serious problems. These problems may be listed as incrustation, infection, migration, hydronephrosis and fragmentation. In order to avoid such a condition informing the patients about their stents and close follow-up is crucial. In this case we presented the endoscopic and percutaneous removal of a forgotten fragmanted and stone incrustated double j stent after two years.
