Abstract
Myringoplasty is an operation which is performed for the reconstruction of tympanic membrane. Various graft materials and surgical techniques are used for this operation. Autogenous graft materials are generally preferred. Despite the graft survival rates are similiar for the various surgical techniques, the functional results vary. It has been recently reported that endoscopic inlay butterfly technique has some advantages as good hearing results and postoperative patient comfort, lower operation time and cost.
