Abstract
Castleman’s disease is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder of unknown aetiology. Although the disease most commonly appears in the mediastinal lymph nodes, it may also occur in cervical, retroperitoneal, axillary and other regions lymph nodes. Anesthetic approach to a patient who underwent total hip prosthesis with Castleman’s syndrome is discussed.
