Title Of Article :
Ecological properties of Turkish oregano (Origanum onites L.) And balsamic sage (Salvia tomentosa Miller) in the Ovacık Mountain district of the mediterranean region (Antalya)
Abstract :
This study was performed in Ovacık Mountain District in order to determine the factors which are related to potential distribution of Origanum onites L. (Turkish oregano) and Salvia tomentosa MILLER (Balsamic sage). In the study, data was acquired totaly from 828 sample which consist of 92 main sample and 9 subsample. Classification tree method was used to acquire potential distribution models of these species. The tree model was built by RI (Radiation Index), TPI (Topographic Position Index), YUKLST (Elevation), SI (Heat Index) variables of Origanum onites L. and YUKSLT and TPI were the variables which built the tree model of Salvia tomentosa MILLER.
