Abstract :
The aim of this research was to investigate job satisfaction level according to different variables among physical education teachers. In the research, quantitative survey method was used. The total of 212 participants were enrolled in the study. The study was carries out in Kayseri, in 2010-2011 academic years. Research data was gathered by using’’ Personal Information’’ and the ‘’Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaires’’. Inferential and descriptive analyses, including means, standard deviation t-test, and ANOVA, were utilized to analyze the data obtained from this study. The results obtained showed that job satisfaction of the participants was not significant according to their gender, marital status, child status, school type, education level, length of service and age.
