The Development of Self Efficacy Scale for Environmental Education: A Study of Validity and Reliability
Abstract :
In this study, the Environmental Education Self-Efficacy Scale was developed and its validity and reliability analyses were done. The sample of study consists of 105 biology, science and technology courses teachers from 17 secondary schools and 27 primary schools in Ankara. As a result of factor analysis, two factors have emerged consist of 24 items and account for the 67.04 % of the total variance. The internal consistency reliability coefficient, Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficients was found .97.
