Abstract
This study is aimed to demonstrate the general situation of teachers’ burnout. It also aims to examine teachers’ burnout in relation to various demographic variables. The study group consisted of 303 teachers, who are from different disciplines, participated from various provinces in Turkey. Mixed method was applied, and two different data collection tools were used to collect data for the study. The first data collection tool is titled as Survey on Teachers Burnout , and the second one is Teacher Burnout Scale. According to the findings, “adequacy of using ICT and discipline problems and experiencing problems about classroom management cases are the most important causes for teachers for feeling burnout.
