Analysis and Comparison of Primary School Teachers’ Perceptions About Classroom Management
Abstract :
The goal of the research was to determine the levels of state and private primary school teachers’ classroom management skills. Whether there is a meaningful difference in terms of school type, gender, age, years of employment, branch and graduation status has been studied. 90 primary school teachers participated in the study. Meaningful differences were found according to school type and gender in general and age, years of employment and branch in specific skills. Where teachers graduated does not make any differences. Due to a number of classroom management skills varying meaningfully, comprehensive and applied trainings are offered in small groups to have desired level of classroom management.
