Abstract :
Traumatic hip dislocations are considered to be an orthopedic emergency and should be reduced as soon as possible. In this article we present a ketamine assisted reduction of isolated posterior hip dislocation in emergency conditions. Avascular necrosis did not occur in our case and we would like to draw attention to the issue that reduction should be done immediately.
