Abstract :
The subject of this Communique is the concept of “Capital” in incorporations and the determination of capital in kind. The provisions of TCC No: 6102 and 6762 have been comparatively analysed. The principal subsections of the Communique are he concept of Capital, the elements that can be Capital, the fulfilment of capital contribution, determnination of capital in kind value, the importance of capital in terms of various aspects, fraud against law.
