Abstract :
The responsability arising from establishment comes into question due to both the fact that the company continues his activities after acquisition of legal personality and the cancellation within the prescribed period. All illegalites in these situations cause the responsability of founders and others involved to the company for the damages in accordance with principle of differentiated solidarity.
