During the course of the lease agreement, Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 has brought a special provision to prevent the lessee from the damage of changing hands of leased. Following the formation of the lease agreement for any reason, the owner of the leased change or rented to third parties is recognized over the lease agreement incompatible with the real rights, the real right on the leased property acquired or leased by the person entitled to the law becomes a party to the contract. Leased to a third person on the lease agreement for the transfer of real rights is sufficient to have, in addition making transfer agreement is not required. In this study, the terms and the legal consequences of the transfer of the lease agreement will be explained.
