The Review of the Constitutional Court by the Constitutional Complaints
Abstract :
Since 23.9.2013 the Constitutional Court of Turkey must review the constitutional complaints while controlling the norms. The most important issue is not the introducement of this remedy into the Turkish Law system. The criteria, which are used by this remedy, are very important. This article suggests some principles, which are used by the Constitutional Court of Germany to differ the specific constitutional Law cases from other cases.
