Analysis of Wilful Homicide in Terms of Turkish and German Comparative Criminal Law
Abstract :
Homicide is a crime, that appears in all criminal codes, because the object of legal protection is the right to life. The subject crime is regulated in the articles 81 ff. of the Turkish Criminal Code and in the articles 211 ff. of the German Criminal Code. German criminal law influences many countries and Turkish criminal law and its literature as well. Therefore, it is important to know the German criminal law approaches to the matter for making an analysis of wilful homicide. This article analyses wilful homicide in terms of Turkish and German comparative criminal law by following the classical examination method of corpus delicti.
