Law’s Ordeal with Culture
Abstract :
The relationship between law and culture-which is one of the favorite concepts in last years- constitutes a valuble literature. The tranformation of the concept of culture is reflected to the relationship between law and culture, when the explanation of culture concept changes, the perspective of law about culture that is a part of social reality changes. In this study, it has been tried to research the political character of transformation that the concept of culture has got through and the forms of the relationship between law and culture.
