Abstract :
Right to life stands as one of the most important and primary right among the fundamental rights and liberties. It has such an importance that without recognizing and guaranteeing this right, it would be unwise to recognize other rights and liberties. In this context, it arise as a legal obligation to set the grounds ad regulations for when right to life begins. That is to say, this study aims to find a answer if embryo or fetus is the subject of right to life by examining national and international documents
