Aspects of investigations of financial enforcement in the middle of the sixteenth century, a period in which the Ottoman state power reached its peak and the bureaucracy has already established and Western observers admired the concepts of law and rights, are worth to be reviewed. It must be noted that wide range of cases was not rare at that time. What is more, there were countless investigations of income collection, proper spending, sending of the delivery note in Ottoman Egypt. This investigation draws attention to functioning, tracking, and sensibility of the state bureaucracy.
