Abstract :
Human Traficking Crime is discussed under the heading of international crimes section in our Turkish Penal Code. Although contrary to both the States rules and regulations and moral values of all society; has become a common way of obtaining illegal profits in Turkey and the other countries. Human Traficking which can be described as a modern slavery, are usually made sexual exploitation while brings large financial gains for offender of the crime on the other hand brings physical and psychological dectructions for the victims. In our study is usually used International Organization for Migration’s datas for to observe the human trafficking. The main objectives of this study; is to determine the crime of the human traficking and to address the content and countunity in Turkey.
