Abstract :
Kars and its environment was dominated by Russia after 1877-78 (The 93 War) Ottoman-Russian War. Epic type poems that said Âşık Şenlik who lived in Çıldır, in the years when people said “ Black days for 40 years” provided the national and moral feelings of people to remain alive, feeling, thought and action unity and integrity. In this study, it was determined the effects why and how on public of Epic type poems that said Âşık Şenlik in occupancy years.
