Abstract :
The most common of the remaining monuments located on Tarbagatay slope from past to present are kurgans. This artistic structures still illustrates the landscape of foothills and mountain steppe. Especially, The Scythian-Saka Kurgans located in Eastern Kazakhstan, with its structures and finds they contain, present the great importance for the Turkish Cultural History. Shilikti Cemetery which is located in Tarbagatay slope (Eastern Kazakhstan) is investigated by Prof. Dr. A. Toleubaev. In this study, Shilikti Baygetobe kurgan, where were found third “Golden Man”, have been investigated with its finds.
