THE INVESTIGATION METHOD OF MEHMET KAPLAN AND THE INVESTIGATION OF ART OF WORK CALLED “BİR OCAK SÖNDÜ” FROM KEMALETTİN TUĞCU BY THIS METHOD
Abstract :
Mehmet Kaplan has significant importance on the development of criticism on its way to being a systematic and multi-directional science. He took reviewing of a literal work beyond expound, and found a new perspective by combining philology and rhetoric with analysis. He analyzed literal work in a comparative way through time-person-work concepts. This study is a descriptive research whose main purpose is to present Kaplan’s text analysis method. The research method of this study is document review which is a qualitative research method. Kemalettin Tuğcu’s “Bir Ocak Söndü” work has been chosen by typical situation sampling. At the end of the study, it has been determined that Tuğcu’s literal work reflects its time’s general features, found the characters of the work from his family and there are similarities of subject, character and event between this literal work and the other literal works of him.
