Abstract :
The aim of this essay is to put forth an exact indice of suffixes in the Yenisei inscriptions. The study includes the inscriptions named E 1-154 in the Yenisei region, Lsiçya II and Kök Haya inscription which is not yet enumareted, the five line inscription found out by Adrianov and South Yenisei inscription numbered 1-2-3-4-10. Every word in each one of the inscription are examined and then are lined up with entries under the titles related to all of the suffixes which are added on word root. For example; the word oglanım is under the title of both +An suffix and 1. first person possesive suffix +(X)m and first their inscription numbers are shown then their line numbers are shown. oglanım (E 1/1)-(E 16/1)-(E 18/5)-(E 42/8)-(E 45/7)-(E 110/3): The functions of the suffixes are left aside when considering the capacity and with the idea that every suffixes should be examined seperately. In the determination of the root of the word; the study An Etymological Dictionary of Pre-Thirteenth-Century Turkish by Clasuson is used as a base. Seperate studies and sense making studies about the inscriptions are used as comparatively. The words which are open ended for reading and sense making and proper nouns are left aside. These words are shown with stamping copies at the end of the essay.
