Abstract :
Coronary artery anomalies; which were generally accepted as deviation from normal pattern were reported about %1 of the angiographic studies. Circumflex coronary artery anomalies are the most common type so far observed. Being non-existence of the circumflex coronary artery is very rare, only three cases have been reported. What is aimed at here is to report a case with positive treadmill cardiac stress test whose circumflex coronary artery originated from right coronary artery.
