Abstract :
Foreign body aspirations are life-threatining emergency situations in both children and adults. Clinical signs and complications show differences according to the structure, size, anatomic location of the foreign body and also severity and time of the respiratory system occlusion. Detection and extraction of the foreign bodies of respiratory system in time has vital importance in prevention of complications. Although there are many different and interesting aspirated objects published in literature, these are usually food particles especially snacks. Here, we peresented a young case who aspirated fresh chickpeas membrane that could hardly been visualised and exctracted in barely third bronchoscopy.
