Abstract :
The institutions of higher education have played an active role in guiding public life, in concurrence with education that provides people, with values and studies that provide science community. History departments that make studies on history science have a special importance. Ege University, Faculty of Literature, Department of History provides important contributions to history science both the national and international level from the first day established to today. Because of this, it would be useful that the states of the department which has memorialized thirty-fifth anniversaries from its establishment to present outline.
