Abstract
the aim of this study is to estimate the demand functions for the inputs used in organic and conventional sultana raisin production. For this purpose, Morishima Technical Substitution Elasticity and own price elasticity were calculated for the inputs of labor, chemical fertilizers, pesticides, machine power and bordeaux mixture+ sulfur. The research material consisted of cross sectional data obtained from face to face interviews with seedless raisin producers. In the research conducted in Manisa province and districts, 300 producers who are producing seedless raisins with organic and conventional methods were interviewed. At the end of the study, both in conventional and organic raisin, the least sensitive input for the price changes were found as labor input. The most price sensitive input of conventional raisin has been pesticide but machine power for organic raisin.
