Abstract :
the main target in agricultural activities should aim at producing safe food as well as food safety to fulfill the food demand of the growing population. Genetic characteristics of olive is different from many other crops.For olive one year is a bearing year and the following non-bearing. In this regard, periodicity and how to decrease its severity needs studying. Therefore, in addition to other cultural practices, more care should be given to fertilization.Right fertilizers should be given to right place, at right time and at right amount. In the current research, leaf and soils were sampled from twenty trees during the harvest time. Results showed that the primary plant nutrients in the leaves - nitrogen and potassium are found generally low, phosphorus varied, and calcium sufficient. The secondary plant nutrients of the leaves are found in general insufficient. When the results of fruit samples are evaluated, our findings are in accordance with the reviewed literature.
