Abstract
Immigration process from Turkey to Germany, which has started with the labor agreement between Turkey and Germany in 1961, has continued not only legal but also illegal ways till nowadays. Turkey originated people constitute the 3.2 % of the total population of the country in Germany and only 05 % of the total population of the country with the most optimistic numbers in England. While the Germany migration is legal: mass and based on volunteerism, the England migration is illegal, individualistic and has the forced emigration character. Field surveys show that migration typologies are the most effective factor which effects the cultural identity perception for Turkish community in Germany and England. Typological factors of Turkey originated migration such as period, being forced or voluntary, intensity, legality, caused more discrete structuring in Turkish community in Germany and England.
