Some Thoughts on the Role of Law in the Deepening of the Problems in Urbanization
Abstract :
Urbanism is field requiring multidemonsional and multidiciplinary approach. Zoning law has important function about evolution of urbanism. Depending on understanding of Zoning law the problems which legislation and practice, become more serious. It should be noticed that regulations of zoning law has negative effects on urbanism. Many problems occur from practices that are consistent with the regulations but inconsistent with the law, not from being against regulations.
