SCHOLAR-STATE CONSOLIDATION FINDING MEAN WITH AHMED YESEVİ IN THE FRAME OF CULTURAL MEMORY

Ahmed Yesevi was one of the figures, who had the biggest role in reaching the level of urbaneness and civilization of Turks. Ahmed Yesevi, being the representative of the intellectual theolgy prioritizing the science,was very effective on spreading Islam thanks to his enlightenment,and intellectual theolgy,his scholarship,spiritual and ethic guidance and his published writen work,Divan-ı Himet. Having the right about to speak even about the entegration of central Asia and afterwards Anotolia have perpetuated him. Most of the values that are revolved by means of cultural memories take place in Turkish narrative and history. Scholar-state consolidation,taking place in cultural memories and that are narrated in Turkish folk narratives is one of the values. When Ahmed Yesevi’s most of the legends are examined,it is recognised ,values and patterns enterchanged with cultural memories indicate that not only scholar_statesman consolidation but also keep a tradition alive which began beforehand Ahmed Yesevi and continued afterwards.These legends,including most of the patterns like wining,being given a name,ancestor cult are the most powerful examples of the scholar-state consolidation in Turkish cultural memory.
