Abstract :
The wage system is fundamental for studies of Economics and Human Resource Management fields which important concepts of economical and social development. Until current times, not only various wage system were researched on, but also examined which system is more effective and productive on different condition. So unit of Wage Systems is affected by environmental, social and economic factors according to Contingency Approaches. This paper is emphasized that in crisis seasons, variable wage systems such merit system which is important since earlier and based performance system which is popular in near history is more effective. At a crises season management of businesses usually fire their personal seemed as wage resource and cost, instead of change their wage systems. According to conjuncture, flexion toward downward in wages keeps personal and manager too. So that state is more ethic than firing.
