Abstract
It is observed that various regions and districts in many countries both developed and developing regions do not have the same level of development. Morever, in some countries, the differences in regional development can increase the economical, social and cultural problems. In our study named The role of Local Goverments in regional imbalances; Isparta Application, in light of the attitude of people, the role of local goverment in removing regional imbalance has been tried to be determined by evaluating the socio-economic status of Isparta city.
