Abstract :
It’s fixed with individual and scientific experiences that motivation is increased the productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Although, about the origin of motivation intrinsic and extrinsic factors are not been put aside. While a person motivates himself or herself for intrinsic motivation, for extrinsic motivation there have need an affect for person’s motivation. In this study is researched if intrinsic or extrinsic motivations are undergo a change or not in terms of gender and organizational statute. There has been made a research on the engineers, technicians, and operators who work in Turk Telecomunication Company. In conclusion, there has been found that the men when compared with women are more tended to intrinsic motivation, and the engineers when compared with technicians, and operators are more tended to extrinsic motivation.
